Therapy in English for Expats

Growing up I had to learn several languages to get by in the countries where I lived. English and Spanish seem to have stayed with me the most. Probably because I use them daily with my family and friends. As someone who has struggled with language every time I moved to a new country, I understand the importance of being fully understood in your native language or languages. Having said that, even when we dominate a language, sometimes there are just no words to describe what we’re going through. In those cases, we can sit together in silence, laugh or use the always available tool...art!
