Anxiety and Depression

Especially during the last year and a half, you may have felt more anxious and/or depressed than usual due to the pandemic. Confinement, sanitary restrictions, lack of control, uncertainty, have all affected our mental health. Even today, as cities around the world slowly re-open, we may find ourselves feeling anxious about gathering once again.
